That will only do more damage to the tree than the pigeons .   😎

It would with me holding a gun!

It's not ornithology the cat has in mind...

Talk about giving a dog a bad name - I was giving him the benefit of the doubt!

...snip... So if I want fruit this year, I'm going to have to buy a 12-bore.

Maybe an air rifle/pellet rifle instead?

Here he goes again. I should have entered him in the London marathon.

Never mind that, would it be possible for him to represent us in the 100 meters in Paris?

Zebedee takes a bath every year, whether he needs one or not ....

And I'll repeat what I said last time - What did the poor thing do to deserve that? You can see how distressed he is.

There's absolutely no need to bathe a cat unless they're too old to be able to do it themselves, or they've managed to get something nasty on their fur (oil, paint etc)

Just a brushing to help him with the loose fur would have been much better.

We have a comb for the purpose on one or other of our bedside tables; being sat on while administering several hundred combs inbetween trying to drink one's tea and do a sudoku is part of the morning ritual.

Johnny sat cross pawed at the top of the stairs!

The radiator pipe goes right under where he’s sat

My parents' first cat used to do that. The hot water pipes passed right under the head of the stairs...

We regularly brushed our cats. When approaching them with the brush they became excited at the prospect of a sensual massage but the skill was judging the point when they decided they’d had enough and would sink their claws into your arm.
