New model announcement 12 midday 17/11/22

There's left field and then there's left the stadium.  Certainly not the most obvious of models but I'm sure it'll please a lot of modellers of the north east who probably don't get much coming their way.

One thing you can say about Accurascale, you can never be quite sure what is coming next.

Wonder how this will affect sales of the Slaters kit?

The Slaters kit is one version, of one diagram, and still requires modelling to even begin to get near the sheer number of variants. I doubt Slaters sales will be affected at all.

And yet, with over 15,000 examples built across these four diagrams, they're hardly 'niche'...

Its the enthusiasm and the professionalism that stands out for me. Its some acheievement to get me to watch 20 mins of YouTube on the history of a wagon type I was barely aware of and then leave me wanting to buy a set!

And that teaser at the end - please say its a Lambton tank ;)

Congratulations to Accurascale on this wide range of wagons!

Within The 00 Wishlist Poll, there was never much room to list pre-Grouping vehicles due to the high number of entries we would have had to deal with.

However, we did make some inroads into being 'more specific' in 2019 and the Diag.P7 emerged High Polling (with GWR Open Wagons one vote higher and Iron Minks two votes lower - both of which now announced).

Well done to Paul on some very hard work there!

Brian (on behalf of The 00 Poll Team)

(Posting repeated from the Accurascale thread for completeness)

I'm still waiting for a diagram 1/108 16T Mineral (and derivatives) from Accurascale. BR built a quarter of a million of them.
