Great work on the class 26 Lee, got back from our UK trip on Sunday. We ended up going through Newcastle and heading North to Bamburgh so couldn't call in, may be next time.

All the best Peter.

Getting very long in the tooth this model, but not bad spruced up with a new livery. Has been sound and light fitted too.

Hi Lee

Great attention to detail mate.

Cl59 59104 looks good in the Hanson livery is that a Lima chassis I see judging by the overly sized Coupling Bar Haha!

Still a great loco, if only you could pick up the Hanson Wagons easier.

Great work Lee

Hi Lee,

Still liking that class 26.

What do you use to strip you loco bodies?

Cheers Peter.

Hi Peter. I use 100% pure IPA. Diluted with 10% water. Works a treat. I keep a bottle of Phoenix Superstrip for the odd job where the paint seems to be moulded on.

Thanks Lee,

Do you use a container full and leave the loco body in overnight? I have used Caustic soda before but it always worries me.

Cheers Peter.

I just stick it in a tub for a couple of hours whilst I'm working and that's ample time. Never had any damage.

Thanks Lee, That was a quick reply shouldn't you be working. lol Stop wasting you time on RMweb.

Cheers Peter.
