pepegalego
Two great suggestions for a shop and an advertisment board. They would go beautifully on any modern image layout. reference The Guardian s*** London awards. I twas probably part of quite a nice shopping parade one day. I think this would go very well with Scalescenes terrace shopfronts. I'll have a bang this Christmas. This one is going straight on my layout. 14Steve14
I love the shop front. It will save so much time in adding interior detail.
RMweb Gold Oldddudders Posted December 7, 2012 RMweb Gold Share Posted December 7, 2012 The billboard looks like it might be by Raynes Park station? It balances out the sign on an adjoining shop for many years - maybe still - "Hartshornes - butchers of Wimbledon" Nice!
CourthsVeil
Indeed, they are asking to be put on a layout! What a pity that I have only backfronts on my current project. Ehm, the billboard might fit… Let me see! Armin

RMweb Gold JCL Posted December 9, 2012 RMweb Gold Share Posted December 9, 2012 How about Hot Nuts? The original is at Green Lanes, north London. Made me laugh when I saw it. Google Maps ref: https://maps.google....,269.59,,0,2.46 And while I think about it, CHICKPIZZ was just around the corner from my old place. The gentlemen in there were wonderful: https://maps.google....2,88.25,,0,1.93 I've a feeling I might have just lowered the tone.

R A Watson
I like the attention to detail which the sign maker for Hot Nuts shows in his treatment of the domestic door area. Wally
