CUTLER2579
Steve, Just been looking at photographs of Cardiff Canton on the Guild website when I saw the link to this page. So a pretty basic question, but what depth have you made your pits on the layout. I assume in real life they were about 4 to 5 feet in depth and that using 1:43 I could work out a rough depth of 35 mm ,but yours visually look right and I feel that is by far the most important thing. Thanking you in anticipation. Regards,Derek.
steve fay
Can't remember sorry but il ask the new owner and get back to you soon.
steve fay
The pit is a scale 5' deep or 35 mm
CUTLER2579
That's great Steve, thank you very much. I will go with my gut feeling of 35 mm having seen the proof of the pudding in your photographs. Kindest Regards,Derek.
