RMweb Premium Mallard60022 Posted July 19, 2016 RMweb Premium Share Posted July 19, 2016 (edited) Signals are quite difficult items to get correct for a particular location and so these will only be useful in a limited number of situations, or would do for someone just going for ' a generic' siting. I was just lucky in the the SR/BR 27' ones were just right as Goldilocks might have commented. For me the cost of the parts and then the fiddle/time of building and then painting them is outweighed by this reasonable cost. I can restock ERNIE by selling some surplus stuff that I really don't need (several 'Packets' to start with). Mulgabill
I think the footbridge looks outstanding, even before painting. But am I the only one who will mourn the loss of that view through the gateway, with a prairie simmering in the background, whist the airman made enquiries of the staff. But I guess thats progress, and it wouldn't Brent if the footbridge was moved back to retain the view, would it? TONY
