Ray Nolton Posted February 8, 2018 Share Posted February 8, 2018 Just to round off this thread, I was lucky enough to acquire Thorburns from Mike last year and after a few months of inactivity, I am now in the process of modifying it, with the intention of exhibiting it as part of the East of Scotland 4mm Group’s portfolio ( which includes Burntisland, of course: little and large!!). It has already been to several of our meetings, where it has proved popular as a test track and “plaything”, but now sports proper fiddle yards and control system and a new name: “United Mills” - for reasons which I may explain in a new thread once I have time...........
