Hi Pete,
I will try and get a picture of this train to add to this blog. Did the class 37's run with 30+ CDA's as pictures and videos that I have found show 15-20 wagon length trains?
Still, you are right, a nice long rake of these would look great!
Best regards,
Jeremy

Hi Pete,
I'm looking forward to the release of the re-tooled BG and hopefully the GUV's won't be too far behind as I have some great pictures of some authentic rakes which I would like to reproduce on the layout. I have 3 clay hoods so far from the N Gauge Society but they are still to be built. I do have 32 CDA's however for those late 80's china clay workings!
Best regards,
Jeremy

Hi Pete,
Thanks for your comment. I've got my Dapol blue/grey HST and 5 coaches so far, just need Dapol to release their buffet car!!
I've got 3 blue liveried class 37's and I've been running a 37 with 7 Mk2 air cons + 1 MK1 BSK, looks great. Haven't DCC'd my class 50 yet but I'll get round to it soon.
Best regards,
Jeremy

Hi Pete,
Love the mock ups. It really gives an illustration as to how the model will present. Looking forward to seeing this one come to fruition!

Hi Pete,
Let me know the date and I'll pop over. Will you be showing one of your layouts?

Hi Jack,
Nice work on the sentinel. You may have already seen them but there are some nice pictures of the sentinels in Maurice darts "Cornish china clay trains in colour" book.
Hope this helps.
Best regards,
Jeremy

Hi Pete,
I have followed your blogs for almost a year now and your blog is how I came across this amazing community of modellers.
Love your new project and, as I currently live in west Sussex, look forward to seeing this latest one at burgess hill in 2014.
Best regards,
Jeremy

Hi Jack,
Some really nice wagons here. Love the Tiger! I am currently modelling a similar period and would love the opportunity to purchase a Tiger or 2. Are these now available through your website?
Kind regards,
Jeremy

Your blogs are great, in particular i have been following your coombe junction blog and also this one.
Love that trackwork on your layout, wish i had done that on my layout of Par but there would be so much to do!!!

Hi Pete,
I'm using aerosol paints from the Phoenix range, building up the layers gradually.

Good start...Already looking more like a Hoover! Lowering locos always seems to make them look instantly better...and more 'heavier'. Perhaps you can upload a few of the 'primed' photos before spraying to continue the story for your blog? Suggest that you might want to further assist your girlfriend by applying some Tamiya masking tape before she does the cantrail Hope this helps... Pete
Thanks Pete, all useful stuff. This loco is a bit of a training base for me so that when i do my next one i should be able to nail all the detailing nicely.

Hi,
I reckon that even without reprofiling the cab ends and just adding the brass components would make a difference. A more straight forward upgrade for sure.

I think i will go for the full repaint. My girlfriend has a steady hand so she has already voluntered to do the orange cantrail!
I primed it tonight and is starting to look good.

Hi Mickey,
Thanks for that. I will test run my 37 with 24 CDA's and post a picture on my blog. You are right about EWS, when I was down in Cornwall in 2010, I counted 32 riding behind 66093.
Best regards,
Jeremy
