    with the bad weather here in Crawley last night not a lot about but this wood mouse was very busy over a 25 minute period

    it weather is very wet here in Crawley and the feeders have gone mad normally the two feeders are a third emptied each day but today they are both empty and been refilled and the days not over yet John

    yes my record is 15 years from starting a kit to getting it finished I also have something that are part done for a lot longer I have not done any modelling for about a year due to me suffering from work related anxiety which thankfully this is getting better Thanks to medication and work helping by moving me to a less stressful job John

    well the wildlife gardening to starting to pay off we now have a hedgehog in the garden he is a clever chap because he had a good feed last night not only did he eat his mealworms but he lifted the cage over the ground feeder for the birds and had them as well

    from seed although i need to cut my list down it is currently running at 45 types and some save from this years plants the yellow rattle is a must can take a couple of years to start to work John

    Thanks for the advice that is something I already know the soil where i planted the teasel must of been a bit rich as they are 8 foot tall as for self seeding the campions are already trying to take over John

    more goldfinch fledgling today been feed by mum also a chiffchaff on the feeder today John

    the front lawn has been dug up to make way for more wildflowers and a path lined with shredded pruning's put in ready to start work after day one day two all done the front part has been dug over and some kidney vetch and hardy geraniums planted

    well I seem to have been invaded by Goldfinches so many that i have had to put out extra feeders also a nice surprise today a juvenile willow warbler sat nicely on the feeder to give me a good view but not long enough for me to get my camera out John
