I like reading old railway mags and one thing strikes me; model photos and adverts for 00 models showed pretty nice wheels in the 30's and 40's and then the horrible wheels turned up in the 50's. I blame the trainsets. I might be wrong but that's my impression.

Those flangeless wheels hurt my eyes, creepy to look at.

Wel, well, well! The book found it's way to my mailbox today. Miracles do happen, I guess? Not sure I want to experience a repeat from this seller though.

Was very excited when I purchased this book. Paid on Aug 7th and nothing happened. PM'd the seller on Aug 28th, who replied on the 29th with an apology and a promise of a replacement and nothing happened. Sent him another PM the day before yesterday, recieved a prompt reply where he assured me delivery shortly. Will wait another week or so before hiting him with a negative feedback, Unfortunatly the behaviour from the seller appears systematic and I should have looked at his feedback scores before buying, but got carried away when it seemed to be such a good deal.
