  1. anyone know of any model groups in the east of Scotland that cater for modern image modellers?

Well you're more than welcome to join the Edinburgh and Lothians MRC, but I'll admit that 'modern image' modellers are presently outnumbered by those with an interest in the BR Steam era and narrow gauge modelling.  Unfortunately, that's not going to change until we manage to recruit a few more people who are interested in the 21st Century.

I agree, but I think many of the issues are rather complex to grasp. Ultimately we have to go with the will of the people.

No idea why brown was popular - it's certainly not my favorite colour.

I agree with the importance of voting, but whilst I was certain I knew how I was voting in the Scottish Independence referendum weeks in advance, I'm far less certain what I want the outcome to be this time.

Just realized I can't edit my comment about being too 'young' to remember - I was only two when we joined what has become the EU. I therefore have no memories of how good it might have been and tomorrow is the day to say "should I stay or should I go now". I agree that the 1970's fashion wouldn't be something that I'd want back. Mind you, I don't fancy the strikes or power cuts either!!
