I try to make every part of the layout as real as possible but it isn't always that easy to get right. I think the area will come to life once i have added the firemen and some street lighting (fingers crossed).

A class 150 pulls out of the sidings to collect the passengers from platform two south whilst another 150 visits the wash. A RES class 47 pulling parcel coaches slowly passes platform two.

A class 26 awaits it's turn for the wash whilst the class 33 takes on some fuel ahead of it's day's work.

A parcels class 128 pulls into the yard for refueling after a hard day's work whilst a Intercity class 37 takes to the wash. A class 08 pilots the sidings in the yard for the day.

A NSE class 33 trundles slowly over the girder bridge.

Hi all Just a short update on the work i have been doing with the railway arches. As you can see most of this scene is now completed, the walls and pavements are now painted and weathered as is the road. I have now added a second bridge down the far end and added the wall. The arches are now complete with fences and walls and details added. I have also scratch built the girder plates under the rails too. All that is left is the positioning of the vehicles which will be a fire scene and i want to add some street lights as well as some spot lights above the arches.

Hi all Only the Hornby class 50 and the Bachmann class 20 in BR green remain for sale if anyone is interested. Photos of these locos are on the previous page. For all of those that have purchased the other locos i am now going to post them tomorrow instead of wed this week.

Well i am looking on Hattons now as we speak mate and i am taking a liking to the class 33 construction sector.

That 26 looks fantastic and although i already own two the photo makes me want another. God i just can't stop myself from buying locos...is there any medication for this disease lol.

Well three have gone and i think the fourth may have gone too but it just leaves the class 50 which i dont mind keeping if it dont sell.

Hi John Thanks so much for the kind comment on my layout and i feel humbled that you enjoy my work and to watch the layout grow with the rest of us. The last few years have been very tough for me and my family and apart from friends and family to help us get by there are also all the friends i have made her on RMWEB and also Youtube that have not only help me get by in life but inspire me to carry on and build my layout into something bigger and better and because of all my followers who i feel even tho i have never met any of them have become good friends and trust their judgement good or bad. Like you said it is a great community and all seem to be really nice people. And to be honest i don't think i have ever thanked everyone here on RMWEB for their help whether it be personal or modelling related so i must take this opportunity to say a BIG THANK YOU TO EVERYONE here on RMWEB for your support over the years and for following my progress at Glebe Road Junction. But you say i have first class modelling skills and also have a fantastic layout which i am truly great full for but somehow i still feel like a novice and still have so much to learn but everything i know is from learning from everyone else in this hobby. Keep watching tho as there will be a lot of work carried out over the next few months as the layout will be featuring in a magazine soon so i need to get it up to speed. Many thanks again John Terry

Hi all Just an update on the sale of the locos.....the class 60 in EWS has been sold so too has both the class 66 and class 20 in BR blue. Only the class 50 and green class 20 remain.

Well im not looking for the full price on any of them to be honest so you tell me what you think they are worth or what you can afford and we can come to some kind or arrangement.

Hi all Below is a list of locos i am selling and before i put them onto the buy and sell page i would like to offer them to you guys first. First off is a Hornby class 60 in EWS livery 60042 Hundred Of Hoo. This has DCC sound as from factory and has also been weathered. Next is a Hornby class 50 in BR large logo 50011 (super detail) and is DCC ready and has also been weathered. Next is a Bachmann class 66 in Freightliner livery 66532 and is DCC ready and is also been weathered. Next is Bachmann class 20 In BR blue livery 20034.This comes with factory sound fitted and has also been weathered. Next is another Bachmann class 20 in BR green livery D8046. This is DCC ready and is pristine in the box but has a buffer missing from one end. Im not sure what prices to put on them so if anyone is interested then send a message and bid what you think it is worth.

Yes this would be the perfect scene for that area of the layout and this way i can utilize both the fire engines. Nice one mate.

Yes the split head codes certainly do it for me mate. as do the track side grease drums.

A NSE class 33 rolls into the TMD for a well needed service....and wash!!!

Hi all This week i have made a start on the scenery at the north end of the bridge just past the TMD. It is only at an early stage with lots of work yet to do like painting the road and adding the pavements as well as the wall that goes under the bridge. The tunnel has a blank black face as under the baseboard are the support legs which would be in view so i had no choice but to blank it out. In this area i will be adding a cameo in the shape of a burning unit with the fire brigade at hand with (hopefully) blue flashing lights.

Lol...well if i ripped mine up every time i said that i would still be at the planning stage now.
