    It had been out for the previous 4 weeks with just 2 days off . Just Scheduled withdrawal due to the plastic arriving.

    The power car in the picture is 43316 and it was paired with EC64 and 43206 on that date on 1E15 0952 Aberdeen - Kings Cross. It was the last day in service for set EC64.

    We were talking about 50026 as that had been mentioned as incorrect too. 50044 has never looked like the artwork.

    RfD not really a popular choice and a surprising one for the first run. 375 was done by Heljan some years ago and when Bachmann brought out their 365 that was a slow seller too. Kernow`s 306 has been around unsold for some time too. I bought 47004 in Constuction but that was only an impulse buy. What would have sold is Original Railfright like they brought out 47018 in 2mm , hopefully that might make batch 2.

    I remember having it on a gloriously warm November day in 2018 thinking id never expected to get an NB engine on a service train in this day and age . It was on the short set in July 2019 too, even my dogs have had it for haulage . Here it is having completed its last trip on the short set 31/7/19

    The Dominos were plated up 11/83 according to the data file for 47012. Allocated to Bescot then Haymarket 4/7/81.

    I have them all bar 46 which do, but as 46 has the painted Tinsley nameplate I had wondered. It's information for someone else who was interested, I said I would ask on here.

    Got my last one from Derails today and put it at the side of Hornbys 87035 and it wasn't far off. It'll be interesting to see how different to Heljans blue it will be. I'll get a blue 33 out and compare it tomorrow.

    I also compared the shades with a couple of other models. 45036 is the same colour as the new batch but most of my other stuff is a darker shade of blue. 45048 is a lot darker.

    I think 009 was aswell, but I'd have to check. Not many to go at though. I've seen a post on FB of a regular renumberer has got all the numbers and plates off easily off one of the regimental ones.

    The only problem with using 022 is not that many 45/0's had an open bottom grille.
