      Having spent many a long spell in the Perishin' Gulf without A/C the most expedient remedy is buying a desk fan and training it to blow solely on your bed. It does work surprisingly well, provided you kip on bare sheets/on the covers.

      I do have a nice big fan in the bedroom. Sleeping isn't the worst of it. The worst for me are the evening hours before bedtime.

  9. Has learned that reading "A Song of Ice and Fire" books (aka "Game of Thrones") at bedtime can give one very disturbing dreams.

  10. Plan ahead to eat a pie on Monday for the most accurate pi day possible: 3/14/16 (3.14159)
