Which begs the question of just who are they going to fight ???

Surely you can only have a 'war' when two sides want to fight , the non Trumpers wont

need to fight anyone as they will be happy with the result .

And even 'millions' spread over the USA will leave them pretty thin on the ground .

    I’ma ready for anything!

If I lose the original spring I cut a piece of top E nickel coated steel guitar string, commonly used on electric guitars. Mine are .010 gauge which is quite a bit thicker than the original but it still works. Acoustic strings could be a bit too thick, but worth a try if that's what you've got. If you have to buy one specially then the smallest commonly available (.008) is probably the one to go for.

Thanks for that. I think there’s a music shop in Meadowhall.

    Oh yes….

I saw a certain black Bentley convertible today - the same one I’ve seen on 3 previous occasions over a number of weeks.  How do I know?  Cos’ it makes a very distinctive sound - like one of the brakes is intermittently binding.  The owner must have the IQ of a plant pot not to get that looked at.

The chauffeur usually deals with that sort of thing y'know.😁

A well known fact, Bentley's are for those who like to drive, Rolls Royces are for those who like to be driven.

Used on wagonways to allow the horses to proceed without tripping over transverse sleepers. Some early steam railways were laid on them, just in case the engines might have to be replaced by horses.  Their lack of resiliency was a contribution to rail breakages (as well as loco weight) and they also were prone to going out of gauge due to the weight of the locos.

Good for horses and chaldron wagons, but that was about their limit.

I just thought they may have dedicated name rather than ‘stone block sleeper’

Thanks for that, it certainly kept me awake. I wonder if the singer/guitarist bares any resemblance to @iL Dottore when he’s having a thrash on one of his guitars? (Half way through video)

I see your sheriff in Florida and raise you a Presidential candidate!

Former President Donald Trump recently gave a glimpse into how his next administration would urge law enforcement to handle shoplifters if he wins the White House in 2024 − by shooting them in the store.

"We will immediately stop all of the pillaging and theft. Very simply: If you rob a store, you can fully expect to be shot as you are leaving that store," he said Friday during a speech to California Republicans.

His comments drew applause from members of his party inside the Anaheim convention and he loudly said “shot” again for emphasis.

Immediately conjured up thoughts of the Looney Tunes  character Yosemite Sam.

That’s interacting as I’m looking on the intermodellbau website, where are you looking

ps Roco where further down the list. Still can’t find sommerfeldt

Been on their website and looked at one of their news letters and it says they will not be attending this year.

Like you I also went in 2019 . yes I noticed that as well about hall 7, what really concerns me a number of bigger traders like Roco, marklin, sommerfeldt ect are not there, as well a some smaller traders. I’m in a dialema how many days to attend. But on a plus side I found a couple of railway shops to visit in Dortmund.

Just had a look, Marklin and Roco (Modeleisenbahn GmbH) are both there in hall 4.
