You've got to be careful with ramming stuff down in a wheelie bin, if its "too heavy" or fails to empty completely, the council operatives will abandon it unemptied...

And be careful not to split the bin open!

Looks like the till girl is thinking why's this loon taking a picture of me, best keep an eye on him.

Or ‘look out it’s a mystery shopper from head office. Better do things by the book’

Got caught out by a mystery shopper once, only trying to help a customer AND add money to the company coffers.

Moral of the story, ‘follow company policy and f*** the customer’s needs’

Think that might be a rant.

In the early 80's we used to follow a band called  Spy V Spy around the Sydney gig circuit, due to their material they had a mixed following of ska fans and Aussie rock enthusiasts.

They disappeared a couple of  years later but this year the lead singer announced a national tour around the pubs. I was planning to go to the Bulli gig north of  Wollongong, but forgot about it.

Shortly after I found a short clip of it on youtube, and when the camera panned through the audience I was shocked and bewildered to see the amount of old codgers in the audience dancing away, til I realised that that was the same audience that saw them  back in 1982, and if i'd gone I too would have been one of those old codgers!

Some really old codgers at my gig, even one with a zimmer frame but having said that the band are celebrating 50years in the business. Any idea who I’ve been to seen, it was a ‘ peach’ of a concert. Bloke on bass is 72.
