  1. the £549.99 one on eBay is obscene money though. Chancer or what! P***take
  2. The new packaging works well (especially with the handling DHL seem to give these models) no movement, totally secure!
  3. Actually, I think I would end up getting divorced. Missus already puts up with the accurascale 402, plus the many others I have out on the kitchen worktop. The size of the boxes havnt helped either 🤣🤣
  4. 402 would fit in my garden, but dont think the neighbour's would appreciate it when hitting F1... 😫🤣
  5. Just done my 609 and totally agree! Others I have dont like max CV 192, but this is the first one I have done where it fires up straight away without cutting out.
  6. A friend of mine is very appreciative of this post, as these 37's now sound a beast! 😊👍
  7. Yes seen 423 many times and think you have captured it very well! Given it a "weathered just been through the train wash look" 👍
  8. Yes, the best customer service by experience. I'm sure it will be fine!
  9. No doubt the best RTR Class 37 to date. Different variations of detail on the same sub class. Love the way 608 has the different shade of yellow around the multi socket, as per the prototype. The livery print on them is spot on 👍
  10. People can do what they please, it is my choice to purchase or not. As they say, there are no friends in business. The said "clown" is no longer a friend of mine.
  11. Hence the reason, no matter how desperate I am, I will not be purchasing from the above clown! I hope you will get some 609's back in, but due to popularity, I am doubtful? Maybe the retailer should limit the amount they sell him at discount.
  12. Again this is a must. I do believe this has been looked into, but there are issues with the artwork...

  14. That just finishes off what Is already an excellent model! Nice 👍
  15. I have 2x 402 which have been reworked to 424 and 409 both with Legomanbiffo latest 37 soundfile aand look and certainly sound the part on my Anglia "DRS short set"
  16. I measured the measurements from a 37/0, marked out with masking tape, drilled the 4 corners then cut between the drill holes, fettled in the window. Once aligned removed, painted inside the recess, then refitted the windows.
  17. I had spare Accurascale bodyside windows, made measurements to line up where the hole was to be cut, then very carefully drilled out the hole (in 4 corners for rounded corners) carefully trimmed between the corners with a blade. Luckily the numbers and scottie dog came off with airbrush thinners.
