  2. I can't wait until I have enough for mine and a decoder!
  3. That has give me so many evil ideas. Seems as I live in the area who's engines I'd cut up in such away, I may find myself slightly lynched!!!
  4. On a sunny winters day in the Midlands, a British Railways Bedford lorry prepares to leave the goods yard
  5. At least the fire brigade put it out for free

'At least the fire brigade put it out for free'...and if you work for Freightliner you'll probably be seeing them sometime soon!

  6. Very nice, I really want that Barclay overkill at 2:42 much! If I ever get chance to see, I'll bring some proper locos to run!
  7. And cause I'm bored, a couple of before and afters. It's weird looking back to the start of the thread and how title I knew (and still do to e honest) to what I know now! One thing that hasn't changed is that my typing is still awful
  8. Thanks Jock The sunlight really was good, it's a shame I can't take it to an exhibition with me! I was really happy with the effects as well, especially looking down he tracks from the fiddle yard.
  9. You can always go back to the start and read through all our rubbish all over again (as well as the odd bit of amazing modelling) :D
  10. 7:20! I'm not even up by then and if I am, I'm definitely not awake!
  11. Great photos and why do I recognise that rather nice looking Barclay...
  12. Looks like a great museum, the exhibit about the resistance looks interesting, I'm not sure a museum here would get away with that............................................................... And yes I am awaiting to be proven wrong
  13. Thanks, there's still more to add though, especially along the back embankment
  14. I can confirm it was pretty cold, but not freezing surprisingly! Thanks Callum, I was really happy with some of them, especially the one with the lorry looking up the road
  15. Thank Tom Thanks Matt, I was really happy with that one Thanks, the trees in the background do make for a good backdrop
  16. That picture of the 2P over the river is really nice
  17. As today was a surprisingly sunny day down here in not so sunny Cornwall and with nothing else to do, I decided to have a go at taking some photos in natural light. Unfortunately, in my room where my layout lives doesn't get direct sunlight at the moment so I took the layout outside, set it up and using a better camera then usual, I took some photos with some of my stock including my new diseasel and K3. Anyway, here's part 1, part 2 will be later today or tomorrow when I get round to resizing the rest of the photos
  18. I am tempted to pick a bag of that up as it looks to be a very similar colour to the ballast used in my yard area. Whether I can get it to look as good as yours is something else however!
  19. I do like that, you can imagine the sound erupting from the loco
  20. Wow, those bushes are brilliant! As others have said, you've got the colours all spot on as well. Which magazine is it going to be in first then!
