  1. I remember watching the Heysel disaster on tv and seeing a spectator walk by at the edge of the pitch and a rock bouncing off of his head. No need for that in the game.
  2. I went once as well. Never felt so intimidated whilst drinking a pint and I have drunk all round the World. Won't be going again!
  3. Ozil must have had some good money on The Arsenhole losing 4-1, judging by the speed he walked off the pitch last night.
  4. Lovely to watch the Arsenhole getting put back into the Mickey Mouse Cup again next season.
  5. You cannot have read my 2nd sentence. It's unfortunate that this kind of thing exists but it does. I am sure Derby fans behave just as appallingly at times, if not the same manner, in a similar manner. Talking of scary occasions Andy, years ago we stopped in a carvery type pub in Derby. 4 of us and 4 kids. My 7 year old son accidentally knocked a girl whilst playing on the playground slide. Her older brother (about 12) threatened him and then went off home to get a knife. We all withdrew to another eating establishment.
  6. Luckily for Jack Grealish, Norman Hunter, Billy Bremner, Graham Souness and similar don't play any more
  7. Yearning for filth are you boy? You'll be as happy as a pig in with a bit of weathering powder. Get down the valleys bhoyo and roll in the coal dust
  8. Oh c'mon Andy, it's sad to type the words "it's football" but it's football. No excuses for it at all whether it is the opposing team or fans. I can understand to some extent that these morons attack a team coach on the way to a game because they must think it will upset that team ahd affect their play. There are always morons in football whether its racism, extremism or just this total stupidity against fans. It isn't just football is it, the recent climate protests in London where stupid actions occurred and the threats of action against a 2nd referendum are both clear instances. Football just seems to bring out the idiot in the village idiot. I am pretty sure in one of the play off matches last Saturday or Sunday I saw a blow up banana being waved. Hopefully it was because of some othe reason than racism.
  9. Then why is Grealish permitted to extract the urine by wearing ankle protectors? It's a mockery
  10. Now now, 'ave you been peeping me old cocker?
  11. Dave, we got Mum a pendant alarm last year. Well worth the effort. The system works well, luckily only used in anger once so far. The company are very efficient. LE
  12. .. maybe going to Chelsea will help him get it together in his 2nd season. Woteva! I can't imagine it would be anywhere near a good move if he got offered the job. Look at all the other much better qualified "failures" that have gone before him. But like you said Hobby, not bad for a 1st season.
  13. I can't help thinking that Jack Grealish wants to man up/grow up/lose his OCD. He won't wear man size shin pads because he "feels they restrict his movement". Yesterday he wore some really crappy old boots with hardly any outer covering, because he felt them to be "lucky". I know the old adage, it's not the boots, it's the person wearing them. But in the PL he may find it is a whole tougher big boys game and one untimely thwack on the shin or one stamp on his foot may result in something that his OCD or his superstitions won't help with. In youth football we had a ref that wouldn't the let kids play without shinpads.
  14. All the 3 teams I preferred to come through as play off winners did so. I had no money on them. I hope the NUFC numpty sells them and they can improve, they deserve more than him.
