  8. D8314 heads a line up of brand new class 20s at Dairycoates on 1/8/68, the others are D8310 -D8313. These photos have been kindly lent to me by my fellow Hessle MRG club member Dave Holmes (a name familiar to Mick!) who was an electrician there in the last 60s. Rob

  15. Unfortunately I dont Rob, at a guess there on Hull to Manchester workings vice the usual 31/4, that weighbridge would go nicely with the Hutton Cranswick signal box fittings we now have at Fimber. Rob

D5061 isn't passed for the Whitby running hence no yellow warning panel, fellow NYMR type 2 class 25 D7628 is however, IIRC the orange cantrail stripe was added after it visited a friend's and family of staff open day at Tyne Yard in the early 2000s and despite being repainted since has retained that feature.   18. 03089 was one that was out based at Scarborough, theres pics on Flickr of it there in the 80s if that helps. Rob
  19. It certainly does Derek I had a brakevan ride with it there a few years ago,, the other two 03s from Botanic Gardens also survive, 03063 at the North Norfolk Railway and 03112 at the Nene Valley Railway unless they've moved again. Here's 03063 at Botanic in 1982. Rob
