Current Era is all very well but you still have to define it, so if someone chooses to use the term I will have to ask them.

I am happy, as an early adopter, to adopt my 3D colour printed crew to man my Manor when it comes, knowing higher resolution versions will appear in time. At least this diversion has stopped us suggesting what Accurascale could produce next !

The fireman must be posing without leaning on anything that would interfere with the scan!

Still scheduled for Q2 on the A/S project tracker: https://www.accurascale.com/pages/project-status
A month ago they told us that there had been a small delay due to a problem with the sound and that they expected arrival into stock by the end of June. Fingers crossed that it's all going to plan!
The project tracker also tells us that another eight projects are in production at the moment - so I’m still expecting it to arrive in Q3 at the same time as KMRC’s Steam Railmotor!

It will be going back to the works when an AS Enparts Siphon delivers a replacement slide bar set from Brassmasters!

One of my crew is short of a leg. He shall be known as 'Ahab', but where do I stow his whale?
I think he’s been to one of the two pubs at Little Muddle and become legless.

I’m sure they will look absolutely spiffing at normal and even closer viewing distances. I think this community has redefined delayed gratification: maybe our expectations have become a little unrealistic. I’m sure the models won’t be.

It sounds as though your Modelu crew had a chance to escape from the Jiffy bag but chose to stay in and come to you-! They must have been wowed by your Devon scenery in the absence of thei promised Manor!

That’s scrubbed up really well ! Darkening the wheels and motion disguises the age of the chassis really well - and now you have a Mogul Dapol didn’t make …yet !

Just try asking for a low alcohol scrumpy on a Saturday night in either pub !

That’s a great new view - so inviting ! My eye is drawn to the Parish notice board on the pub wall - ‘ gardener wanted, lost cat, Parish council agenda, horse for sale ‘ - I can almost read it !

I do think the dials are are a step forward -pity there is no steam in the boiler, regulator shut and the brakes are on........ Sorry I could not help myself-grandson of a driver is my excuse.

I will examine the controls of my locomotive while it is stationary- so it will all look fine!

I think they are standing very still in case the prize testosterone-filled bull in the Beetle sees them through the louvres in his compartment and kicks a hole in his door!

Perhaps we could persuade John to do a Webinar on the subject !!

Sorry to hear of your dice with death and impressed you had the presence of mind to turn off the fuel supply before baling out. Will the insurers replace your leathers, I wonder : a personal injury claim for lacerations and burns would be far more expensive!

Those braziers look so unstable - I wonder how many fell over in real life.

I may be wrong but I thought I saw a fleeting mention of ‘517’ but I was happy to see the diecast motorcade. Wasn’t that a TR3 in the front row?

Are the crews on double time (or similar) if they have to wait for their locomotives to arrive?
I’m putting mine to work on my newly acquired ( Hattons bargain ) Dapol mogul for route familiarisation until their Manor arrives. I think I’ll have to order a second crew now.

Humphrey Littleton in ‘clue’ used a ‘gnats crochet’ as a unit of musical time- that’s even smaller than a c**k.

I think the horse has bolted with his milk float, so he is waiting patiently while Mr Plod is making enquiries. It could be some time but we’re used to that aren’t we ?
It’s a long time since we’ve seen this delightful cul de sac - and the cobbler. More please !
