Are there no local kettle vendors a little closer than S. America? We get ours at Target! Brian.

Was the Triang Giraffe Car Real?
brianusa replied to Andy Kirkham's topic in UK Prototype Discussions (not questions!)
Surely the poor animal was transported in ventilated car. Check with Lionel! Brian. -
Where does this PC all end? Nothing seems to escape; even here a humble hobby forum which seems far from such goings on! Brian.

Had to change my password again according to head office. Why I don't know as I've used the current RMW one for years Brian.

You have foxes - we have raccoons. A couple showed up today with a new baby; showing off? Anyway they jumped into our little pond (and I do mean little!) to cool off. They seem to prefer a similar diet to foxes! Brian.

It would appear that to be a good member of the opposition party, you also have to have a death wish! Brian.

Just to cool you off its 23C right now , nearly tea time here. Actually had some rain this morning, not a lot but more than the weather forecaster forecast. We'll take it! Brian.

Happened all the time! That was then, this is now and its beginning to look like A/C is going to be as ubiquitous as it is here; you wouldn't have a car now without it, would you, so with summers that are supposed to be getting hotter, it makes sense to have a cool house as well as a car. Especially for those of certain age who seem to succumb to the heat more readily! Brian.

There has been a diesel parked by the Up Platform at Blue Anchor for a couple of days. Brian. -
Mike, I beg your pardon! . Sorry, it looks too much like those you mentioned, but a shame they all disappeared especially being replaced by gargantuan full size pick ups which are generally to big to fit in the average garage and parking space. Brian.
-
Trouble is, how do you know which one they prefer?
-
That's the all American Pick Up! Virtually gone from these shores; there used to be so many! They seem to be alive and well in Australia fortunately, sadly unlikely to be seen back in the US. Brian.

Its the British way! Brian

If every post says good night, the magic number may show up soon! Brian.

Here in GH we must live a charmed existence; our current temp is around 75 old degrees. Just over the Cascades in Yakima its in the 100s. It pays to live near the sea! Brian.

CH must be one of the most idyllic stations anywhere with a few little houses close by. Station and environs look well maintained and a credit to the staff. Rupert Bear or Bill Badger wouldn't look out of place, or maybe Pooh searching for honey from the beehive. Brian.

Just as long as it doesn't blow down our way.......................................! Brian

No, I responded to another's comment and thought better of it! Brian.
