  1. The 0.4mm packing that I referred to goes under part that fits between the switch rail and the stock rail under 3pl and 4pl on a b switch, that diagonal line on the drawing is the fret Geoff

You need to look at this RH%20Switches.pdf Each of those chairs is made from several components the above pdf gives the numbers that corresponds to those on the sprue, RH%20Switches.pdf If you are not using a turnout kit and don't have a ready made switch you need to pack two of the chairs with 0.4mm plasticard to replace the fret LH Switches.pdf

  4. Looks as thow the turnouts are part of a crossover, therefore you can us one turnout motor to switch 2 common crossings Geoff
  5. I had to change to the photo card licence when I reached 70 last year but my paper licence was pink not green, the only problem I had was at a chemists when they wanted proof so that I could get my prescription, non of the staff had seen a paper licence before. Geoff

  9. If you are getting slop in the dowels then they are being fitted incorrectly, the outside face of the dowels should be perfectly flush with the face of the timber and the screws used to hold them should not protrude forward of the face of the dowel. Geoff
