      Missed it by £49 but not too bothered as I can pick one up from a dealer with 12 month guarantee for only £250 more than it went for on a private sale

    Had a PPI payment today, now do I get a 2nd hand VW phaeton or convert the garage to a layout room?

      I’m leaning very much toward the layout room, garage needs new roof and brickwork between joists then insulating/plastering and door replacing with single door and window, not too much work but I recon worth it in the long run
