  1. The Lymm transport Fest' in Cheshire is always a good day out especially in the glorious weather we are having, what about the mini-lites on the Red lotus
  2. These are the last of my badly scanned cl.58 pics' as my cheapo ALDI scanner has started to let too much light onto them. I have more 58 pics' on CD somewhere, and on 110 film negs' but i can't find a neg' holder anywhere to be able to scan them. I'll post more when i've sorted the probs' out.

  7. Thanks! Yes i will use it CME! I have just one small packet of static stuff at the mo' as it's not cheap, and getting hold of it around here is hard, it seems to sell out very quickly! Choosing the right colours is the hardest thing to do and I've never used or done any landscape modeling before so please bare with me as i build up the layers, and try and copy off what others have done. I'm trying to get it all done whilst we still have the lovely bright natural Summer light and not under any artificial lighting.
  8. Great stuff! Bright, Sunny and colourful pics' the 73 & Pullman rake looks superb, thanks for sharing.
  9. Radio, Radio. Elvis Costello & The Attractions
  10. Do You Remember Rock and Roll Radio. The Ramones.
  11. After studying this site for ideas i made a start on the basic scatter materials this week, i've used the Javis grass stuff sprinkled onto brushed on P.V.A. The darker stuff went down first then the mid' Green second and lastly the light Green. Most of the Green stuff will probably not been seen when the Tree's shrubs and bushes are stuck on to cover the whole embankment. The rails have been given a rusty paint job, once the final coat of oily Black is put on very little will show of this either. Ballasting is looming next

  13. Struck In The Middle With You. Stealers Wheel.
  14. Dude looks like a Lady. Aerosmith.
  15. Behind a painted smile. The Isley Brothers.
  16. ..as my Mum always said to me when i was a kid when i wanted every toy in the shop..."your eyes are bigger than your belly" Ossy!....like me you want it all, in all gauges and all flavours etc Circumstances change so i'm changing with 'em now, health wise and wealth wise i can't afford it all and i have to scale it all down Edit. Are you going to Towyn this time Ossy?....or the big Hunslet loco' gathering do at the Ffesty this weekend?
  17. I think you are right Mike, i tried the fast setting post stuff only once, it went off rock hard and far too quick for my liking and it was expensive about seven quid for a small 5 kilo bag from my fading memory...it's superb stuff in an emergency though! Hayfield! i'm hoping to run my '0' gauge stuff outside one day...so i'm planning to ditch the whole lot of my 32mm narrow gauge stuff and just leave the track down for testing my '0' gauge locos' on when i've first saved up and sussed out how to remote control 'em
  18. Time you pulled your finger out Ossy and got something sorted & decided before the weather turns bad again

  21. We had a '78 Bedford CF1 Glendale 2000L 4-6 berth coach built camper for a few years, not long after we had finished & restored it to a show winner from a wreck we had to sell it due to the Wifes serious ill health, thankfully now ten years or so on the Wife is a lot better, and we are at it again, but now with no kids to cater for and take along we've down sized to the Bedford Rascal based 'Bambi' Classic camper club Rally 2006. Winners group pic' Our 1987 Bedford Rascal 'Bambi' camper restoration, this pic' was taken just yesterday afternoon after finishing the complete cab spray job with six rattle cans from the local DIY shop.
