  1. Interesting, I am having a piece of carrot cakes as I type this! EDIT: And NO, not the whole piece!
  2. Never thought of that when Raindrop wore one:
  3. There are three major trucking companies (out of many, many) over here: Overnight Express, J. B. Hunt, and Stoops Express. It was said that they planned a merger; the new company was going to be known as HuntStoopsOver. I heard the darnedest jokes on the CB radio! Note: J. B. Hunt drivers take a lot of ribbing due to some corporate policies such as the drivers have to wear a company uniform, etc. Some J. B. Hunt boxes: That was only one Hunt train of several that I saw. a huge quantity of boxes!! EDIT: The orange boxes are Schneider (sp?)
  4. I saw these in a rest area on southbound I-95 in Florida: They do not look it in the photo but they are quite tall, up to three feet or so.
  5. That looks to be about the level of my capabilities! 🤔
  6. That one took a minute or two!!!!!!
  7. There used to be an annual "Mooning of Amtrak" (the Coast Daylight, I think it was) somewhere in California that ran for many years.
  8. Images with traffic lights? Well, OK, here is my computer desk:
  9. I have always preferred an analog meter; a digital one requires actually reading the display, an analog one I can just glance at where the pointer is pointing.
  10. Speaking of whiskeys, years ago a friend and I came up with some brand NAMES/Slogans that we would like to see but never would: 1. OLD LOCOMOTIVE/It really runs you down 2. OLD FACTORY WHISTLE/One blast and you're through There were a few more now unremembered ones but 2 was our favorite. Note that there is a beer brewed in Toronto called STEAM WHISTLE that is brewed in a converted roundhouse. It is an excellent brew (to me anyway); a friend brings me some each year when he comes to to the States.
  11. What kind of coaches are they? I am somewhat familiar with BR MK1s and those are not as far as I can tell.
  12. I chose the Bakerloo line; 7 DYRE AVE was not listed! Strange, so is mine; I wonder if that is a "stock" answer?
