  3. Has anyone got any pictures of the 'smart overalls' figures in an Andrew Barclay?
  4. One of the things I plan to do is have a warehouse with a siding in it, But I would need to have a way of me knowing that there something in there. I have thought about doing it mechanically with a lever at the end of the siding that when a wagon knocks into it, something comes up on the control panel,(I'm not quite sure what would) or I could do it electronically with something like a sensor between the rails, that when a wagons passes over it an LED lights up on the control panel. the easiest way of doing it is to have a 3 wall warehouse, so I can physically see when something is in there. Thats what I have come up with so far, and nothing has been set in stone yet. Suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
  5. Got my replacement Hattons Andrew Barclay a few days ago, I thought I'd take a photo of it with a coal wagon.

  9. The USA tank is roughly 13cm including couplers. Hope this helps.
  10. Fixed!! All I did was removed them from the post, then put the Pictures back on the post and reposted them again.
  11. I did a post to one of my threads earlier and now the images have disappeared. Anyone got any ideas why?
  12. Inspired by Lancaster622, I placed some stock on the layout to make it look like its doing something.
  13. I was going to start work on the buffers, but I have misplaced my hacksaw and my safety goggles have broke. Its really not my day.
  14. So while not much is happening on the layout, I thought I'd talk about the loco fleet. In no particular order here it is: Bachmann USA tank, Number 30067 with BR late crest. Hattons Andrew Barclay, Coronation in lined green. Fireless locomotive, based on no real prototype, but because it was originally going to be based on an Andrew Barclay locomotive, but doesn't actually look anything like one, its an Bandrew Arclay. (Build thread is here http://www.rmweb.co.uk/community/index.php?/topic/130221-bodging-a-fireless-loco/) Hornby peckett, leaf green number 560. on pre order. Cabless loco, as seen here (http://www.rmweb.co.uk/community/index.php?/topic/128604-lukes-bodging-a-cabless-pug/?p=3146035) Hornby sentinel, awaiting repaint. I've also got planned: BR green Hornby 06 with late crest. BR black Hornby 101 with late crest. Outside cylinder Hornby 0-4-0 side tank. Hornby 06 on a Hornby terrier chassis. Thanks to Gary (BlueLightning) for the idea. (but he copied it from a book) Outside framed Hornby 06 or Hornby bagnall (using Turbosnail's 3D printed chassis) TS01, a 3D printed loco by Turbosnail, Named Maunsell after the designer who could've designed it.
