If you like I could look at modifying the drawing to have bars instead of windows and doors? Glad they turned up, I’m wondering in future if I should tape them to a piece of card? -
I thought so at first but on closer inspection I don’t think it is It looks like it has hinged doors so I’m wondering if it’s to diagram CC3 that had hinged doors and a central set of wheels?

I’m wondering if I should (or could) do some sort of gallery of all the CC2’s and CC7’s that have been done? -

No problem, happy to help -
Probably where I was going wrong? I use to just crank up the air pressure 😳 I tend to use aerosol primer now because it sticks like 💩

I must admit I’ve never thinned the model air colours but I do thin the varnishes. I never thinned the Vallejo primers but I don’t use them anymore because I found that they don’t adhere to the surface very well (probably using them wrong) they scratch off far too easily* they appear to form a skin over the model instead of biting into the surface *however I’ve seen something on the t’interweb that recommends cleaning the surface with booze isopropyl first so I’m going to try that

My fault! the 25” GW that was at my request when originally discussing it with @railtec-models based on the information I had to hand I hadn’t considered later time periods, apologies for that As for the brake handles I will happily print some more and send them to you if you like? -
Neatly done sir, flows very nicely

As is the round of applause However I believe the building was formally owned by a shoe maker Mr.R.Sole, although that might be cobblers
