Lightning moment!
For the BRM users on phones, where not all is available in mobile mode... a BRM APP!
Just a thought. I actually thought it already existed.
Having read the BRM for a while I haven’t seen a layout with Hornby track. It’s always peco. Why? Hornby track is relatively cheap and a good way to start. I’m using it. If you’re concerned with looks weather it with an airbrush and you can’t tell anyway. So why not?
Thank you all for the kind words. I’m using the Donegal Railway Restoration Society and it’s in 00. Yes, I know it was narrow gauge but I don’t want to replace my entire collection. I will definitely look at that book, it seems perfect. Thanks!
Yes, I am aware that it was a narrow gauge Railway. But as I’m 13 I had some trains and stock in 00 so I’m going to go with the re-gauging. As long as it looks the part, that’s what really matters
Excellent answer Andy. I accept your and phil’s points. If someone picks up the magazine they need to see simple stuff. After all, we do want more people to take up the hobby. Well done to the BRM.
Thanks but I’m a steam man through and through. The last line for this area closed in 1955 so diesel electric isn’t appropriate. Mabye in the future manufactures will notice the little island to the left and make some RTR locos and stock.
