  1. Matt that brake van does look the bees knees, fantastic modelling.
  2. Steve nice picture from the other side.
  3. Thank you for the information, I have messaged Adrian.
  4. Afternoon I was wondering if there are members on the forum who specialise or offer a weathering service. The reason why I'm asking is because I would like to weather one of my EWS turbot wagons.
  5. Steve thanks for sharing these pictures. Your dogfish wagons do look great and I like some of the close up pictures of the ground area around the tracks. Thanks for the inspiration.
  6. Steve nice progress on the layout. I'm certain to say this build will be as good as Boxchester and Stabled on Shillston road. Looking forward to watching this build progress.
  7. Alex it's these little items that make a layout more life like.
  8. Morning Andy nothing boring about this video. It's great to see your selection of loco and stock running. Thanks for sharing.
  9. Matt I must say there is nothing wrong with the weathering you have achieved and I like the faded effect of the bauxite paint.
  10. You could relocate the water crane to the area in question and may be add a water tower to supply the water crane.
  11. That's excellent as it enhances the model and stops it from getting dusty.
  12. Hi Nick the grassy section you have done looks really good. As Mark said the filler will finish the ballasting nicely.
  13. Nick don't worry about it being a disaster, we fellow modellers have all been at this stage and things go wrong or look crap. It's about learning and having fun. I normally use n gauge ballast for oo gauge modelling or depending on the area you are modelling kiln dried sand is another product I like to use.
  14. Andy another enjoyable video, it's great to see the trains running with their different sounds. nice purchases and some planning.
  15. You definitely can't best a bit of grot. It looks very good.
  16. Lovely picture, will you be sharing your new layout build progress on the forum.
  17. Hi Nick! Marks build of tyteford halts is very nicely modelled and I'm certain as you follow his build thread it will give you some ideas and inspiration.
  18. Another enjoyable video Andy. You have done very nice locos and rolling stock.
