  1. Yep we have tried to put the coupling back where possible. On some vehicles we can't move it due to axles/brake gear etc. getting in the way, but we've tried to address it.
  2. If they don't sell well, we won't make them, same as any other product of ours - we work on a pre-order model.
  3. You just need to find a friend who wants Judy on its own and go halves ;)
  4. Reverse running should be the same as forward. Please do drop us a line via the warranty form if there is a defect.
  5. Were those not owned by the society rather than an individual?
  6. Sorry completely forgot to respond. We're reviewing them at the moment to send feedback to the factory but hope to have them on display at Warley (there are 3 samples).
  7. 1967 is in the late 1960s, Judy was dark green in the early 1960s for sure. Exact date of photo is unknown to me, but it's late 60s as that's when Judy got the welded tank and the lettering on the front. The green that Alfred gained in 1969 was brighter than the green shown in the photo of Judy (which is either the dark green shown with different colour film, or a shade in between the two).
  8. We believe Alfred was painted light green during 1969 (thanks to our friends at the Bodmin & Wenford who compiled lots of info). Judy has been painted light green in preservation but in the early 1960s was in the dark green colour.
  9. As far as I know it should be matching the works drawings. I am looking at them side-by-side now and they seem to match. Whether real life mimics the drawings or not I am less sure. I will check with the CAD team.
  10. Indeed. I've not yet seen a pic of 31065 with warning flashes and small rear buffers, so this livery should be correct for this condition.
  11. Tom/Andy may confirm this but from the photos I believe 31065 had stepped buffers fitted to both ends when in the condition shown with electrification flashes. Photos I've seen show the larger buffer heads visible on the tender which should match the ones on the front end. There are also photos of 31065 with small buffers on the back at some point (in the same livery but minus flashes). Tender coupling is similar to that used on Lion/Stirling/Jones Goods - it pushes and clips together with multiple connection pins that go into a socket.
  12. We would like to include etched nameplates (especially in the twin packs) but need to confirm this.
  13. A lot of photos taken during the 1960s and 70s show the locos working with what I believe are BR Diagram 1/051 china clay wagons as well as GWR O13s (with end doors). At first glance they are very similar designs.
  14. Hi Docker, all our stock is designed to run around 2nd radius curves unless otherwise specified, but 1st radius would require more compromise than we would like. The maroon coaches inhabit an alternate reality where one has retained the bar, becoming the 1st class area. Hope that helps!
  15. Hi Fredo, it'll be 1960s condition although there aren't a huge number of differences between the two, the main one is the plate on the front splasher.
  16. It also meant we could do the loco + 2 coaches in the tram packs. To get the body variations on the bogie carriages involves changing mould slides rather than complete new designs and moulds. Hope that gives some insight!
  17. Only 3 have bars - the fictitious BR maroon one, the Titfield one, and the NNR one.
  18. I checked with the designer and they said the chains were fitted by the GER and removed by the LNER. I'm not sure about spares, maybe check in with us after the C53+coaches tram packs have arrived to ask if any spares are being shipped with them?
  19. Definitely my fault as I spec'd it that way around 😑 apologies. I've had a quick look at my Titfield-spec one to see if it is possible to move the interior but there are a lot of pieces and they are very well glued in. e.g. the end glazing would need to be moved to the other end. There are so many parts I think the risk of damage is high. I'm really sorry about the mistake.
  20. Phil - this is the one I am talking about - the fictitious BR Maroon one 😉 that's why it's the alternate universe I described. https://rapidotrains.co.uk/product/wu-bogie-tramcar-br-maroon-no-e60462/ I did the artwork for the tramcars 😄
  21. The eagle-eyed might notice that the BR Maroon version of E60462 inhabits an alternate universe where it was fitted with a bar in real life (not just in the film) and retained it after filming ended.
