  1. I spy.... https://accurascale.co.uk/collections/british-rail-class-92
  2. If there is not enough interest for this, Accurascale could always paint an A Class in Caledonian livery and sell that. Be the reverse of the Lima 33 in Irish Rail livery or the Hymek in CIE livery.
  3. Very nice. Watching the layout develop it is like watching the location go through the seasons, starting in Winter when it was just the bare rock / earth and now heading into Spring with the application of grass.
  4. If the 80 Class was done I wonder if a special run would be included with just the Mark 2 Driving Trailers that were used on the cross-border Enterprise services.
  5. An 80 Class could become the basis for some nice Mark 2 loco-hauled stock.
  6. I was trying to figure out what was slightly off about the windows on the model but couldn't put my finger on it. But that i see this picture it is the lack of black / rubber surrounds! Feel less crazy now. They are great looking models though.
  7. I was always a fan of the Class 58 as they were the closest in shape to Irish GMs (until the 201s came along).
  8. Underside view really shows the difference between Irish track gauge scale and OO track scale.
  9. Anything can be justified. I started running this on my layout twenty years ago
  10. I had model rail measurements in my head when reading the above post and thought it said drivers had to stop 2 mm from the buffer (and not 2 metres). That would be some precision driving!
  11. Well it was only a month ago he announced the plan for new Mark 3s, including push pull versions: http://www.murphymodels.com/
  12. I think at some point too have to acknowledge can't have everything replicated 100% on a model this size. Though would be nice to have a little working diesel engine inside it
  13. In some pictures the models almost look like real life locos. Am looking forward to seeing some videos of these running around layouts.
  14. Everyone will be refreshing the page every 5 mins now in case any more pics pop up. Hope the website has server capacity to cope with the extra traffic
  15. Well, something purple has appeared on the home page: https://accurascale.co.uk/
  16. I remember The Railway Magazine did a regular feature in 1990s on the livery variations on the 47 but it started to get very long. I think it may have reached over 500 variations. The 37s were probably just as similar.
  17. This was posted on Twitter. Would make a good modelling idea / project:
  18. I am glad to see you back at this and look forward to see how you develop the layout and the trains.
  19. Really looking forward to see how this layout develops. Love the idea of the Underground trains descending and ascending.
  20. Haultraugh has always been one of my favourite stations. Would love to "visit" it. This image oozes atmosphere for me:
  21. He looks very smart. I am looking forward to see him finished.
