The fact that there is only a single connection pip on the bottom of your device indicates that to all intents and purposes you could treat this as an ordinary bulb. Unfortunately I could not find any information as to the specs. of this lamp or any immediate alternative. Emma

I also wonder, in the Chinese railway feeding a coal fired power station, is this a circular project?
