    Do all ultrascale wheels have 1.9mm crankpin sleeves

      If your axles are 3mm dia., and there's a gearwheel on one, then you have a conversion pack. The normal crankpin tubes are supposed to be 1.5mm dia. - or at least the ones I have are all of that size.
