I wish I trusted the Internet enough and knew how to book airline tickets on line. Just bought some via a travel agent and suspect I have paid over the odds.

  I just find the whole 'on-line' thing confusing and a minefield and I don't like paying for stuff like that on-line either. I thought it would be easier going into a travel agent and speaking directly to a real human, but in the end we sat there for ages because of some difficulty booking what we wanted and the girl there actually had to ring a call centre somewhere, so we sat there listening to very annoying music for a long time.
