  3. A spread catch point, opens up both sides leading to various check rails. Am sure some still exist somewhere. I am also thinking strongly about a move to N..... John
  4. This was my effort on a Buxton 37/5 in Redstripe (In 00) With the your skills Cav I cant wait to see the two 37s after your done with them!!
  5. They now have a very handy 2nd Cabinet to view in the store. I am a very old customer of the place and never had an issue although can always pop in as they are my local shop. I dont tend to buy new as I butcher most things or at least weather so am very pleased they have started showcasing second hand.

  9. They used to work on their own also on some more localised traffic so having 2 motorised ones gives more options. They also used to do snowploughing work in the area for something different. John

  18. Hi, How did your 86 turn out in the end? I am torn over wether to an 86/6 or 86/2 with a Heljan one I have.

  20. Love the 60, will have to get one for Halebank. Can just about as am sticking rigidly to 1990 and a GM free zone.
  21. Big numbers on the ends also in a non standard style. Look forward to seeing this develop as even though I am a 4mm modeller its an era and location with much interest.
  22. Cav, 688 was named Great Rocks in construction livery at Hindlow in June 1988, it also worked down the Cambrian with 380 in June '88 so I would say that is the first one in it and was the first I certainly remember. John
