Would this be 1st March 1979, with KGV backing to Paddington to take the 125 anniversary special to Didcot?I was in the scrum on platform 1 with my cine camera and later in the 'vee' at OOC junction waiting for the aborted return leg.

Still no sign at Sainsburys in Wellingborough. Looks like they might have stopped stocking after the County no show as well.

Hope I have better luck finding these two as our local Sainsburys didn't have any Counties. The first time it hasn't had any GBL models and everywhere else local stopped months ago!

Great to see 4144 in the sunshine at the front of the engine shed this afternoon. The finish on the side tanks indicates she will look magnificent when finished.
