  1. I have recieved several PM's and replied to tham but i have a feeling they ae not geting back to you. Sadly I am not familiar with the Airfix LMS Stanier corridor composite that you wish to modify. Going off the running number you gave me, all I can say is the real thing was built in 1935 and was 60ft long.

    Regards,

    Larry

  3. …And here’s a reminder of the BBC/ITV headline news…Olympic this, London that. So what happened to Syria, the world stock markets, is there a pre-packed take-away brass band concert in Newcastle, has the Waverley route re-opened, has there been a black pudding strike in Oldham, are Welsh motorways still cobbled….?

I think you'll find that anything calling itself a black pudding but not coming from Bury is merely a dark sausage!

We use 3 containers of milk per week. Were £1.49 each or 3 for £3. Now cut to £1.25 each but no multibuy therefore 3 for £3.75 - 25% increase in my bill when they are telling me they have cut the price.

I have a machine called truCall (was on Dragon's Den ages ago) and it is a simple answering service which means that you can monitor every call that comes in. Cold callers almost always hang up as soon as they hear the initial message! Anyone 'genuine, that wants to speak to you hangs in and completes the simple 'filtering' process.

      It's great.

There are still severe drought warnings (from the Enviroment Agency) for most of the South East. It takes many months of rain to refill reservoirs.
