    Just watched again the Beach Boys classic performance at Knebworth 1980. http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b01p2q5s/The_Beach_Boys_Live_at_Knebworth/ Brings a bit of sunshine to a miserable cold day. The energy of the late great Dennis Wilson's drumming. Carl and him are sadly missed. 'I get around just takes me back....'

      PS that's not meant in any way as a derogatory comment. The Wilson brothers, along with Love/Jardine/Campbell/Johnston/whoever were prime-movers in the mid-late 1960s pop revolution. Talented, innovative and just "bloody good"!
