An up train was announced at Chippenham today with first class in the centre and at the rear.
A pair of units turned up the right way round, so first class was at the front and in the centre.
So if they have turned around the units, maybe they need to turn around the announcements.

I think I've solved it.
On Saturday the revised rail timetable sees trains arrive at Chippenham Station hourly from Bristol Temple Meads at xx.56. The rail replacement bus arrives hourly from Reading at xx.58. Our shuttle bus times have been revised accordingly so that an hourly service for Trainwest will leave Chippenham Station at xx.10.
In the afternoon trains for Bristol leave at xx.10 with the replacement buses for Reading leaving just before that at xx.07. Our shuttle bus has therefore been timed to arrive back at Chippenham Station at xx.00 to connect with these services.
There are no trains to and from Chippenham on Sunday so we will not be running a shuttle bus. Visitors wishing to use public transport on Sunday are advised to use the X31 bus service to and from Corsham.
I hope that will work.
I you want to make a comment about the difficulty getting to the show by rail, please talk to the people on Stand 48*.

There seems to be a slight problem with our plan for a shuttle bus to and from Chippenham Station on the Sunday. No trains. Thanks Network Rail.
There is a replacement bus service from Bath Spa, which will involve people travelling along the A4 to Chippenham, almost past the door of the exhibition, before arriving at Chippenham Station. They would then have to catch our shuttle bus back to Corsham
I think I need to come up with a different plan.

Four weeks to go and the forecast is snow. Fortunately that's for this weekend, but somehow I doubt that mid-April will see temperatures in the low twenties as we did last year.

I can sympathise with the car parking problems. Trainwest moved from Chippenham after the overflow car park became a housing estate. It then moved from Melksham when the car park became a factory. Now we are in Corsham there are not yet any plans to build on the car park, but with the local authority charging us £400 to use what is essentially a field, they are doing very nicely as it is.
