    Class 26

My blue Class 26 arrived these week. And Yesterday I run it in on my test circuit. Today now I wanted to fit the DCC chip. But I can't manage to get the chassis out of the shell, I only managed to unclip the plastic floor of the loco. But the chassis stay in the loco. Did anyone disassembled his loco to fit a DCC chip and could help me? yours Markus

  20. Hello, here are some pictures I took during my attendance at the FREMO N scale modular meeting in Hanau from 2nd until 5th of June. Unfortunatly I only could attend it on thursday and friday. I hope you enjoy the pictures. The time period was set to the early 1980s. We've got two double track mainlines. which crossed at Karlsruhe Durlach (these is a scale model of the real railway station) On one mainline we've run for the first time electrice locomotives. Then we've got two branchlines. On these two branches most of our freight traffic was handled. Markus
  21. With only about 2 Month until our Great-britN meeting, I started with the construction of the firt of the tree required modules. I called it Glenbogle Viaduct. For the viaduct I used a Scalescenes kit. After the viaduct was built, I started the construction of the module. Markus

  23. Today I could show you a track scheme which was made by a friend from our german forum. It shows the stations on our modular layout for the meeting. Markus
  24. I usually use a track cleaner from www.schienenreiniger.de Sorry their website is only in german. I've got the small hand cleaner, and their cleanig fluid. These stuff saved us during the Intermodellbau 2009. I also use simple wood blocks for track cleaning, especially after painting tracks, but also between the operation. It won't harm the rail surface and is quite effective. Sometimes I use a track rubber. Markus
