As an update on the previous post, The SMJ exhibition in Towcester Museum is now scheduled to start on the 15th August as this is when George Woodcock and myself will be erecting Towcester layout in the museum where it will stay as a large part of the exhibition for 6 months.

That concerns me, I've received no emails at all.
I called into the LTM Shop twice and was told the Warley orders were locked in a safe and they would be the first to be dispatched.
I wanted reassurance to the fact that they had my order but just said "probably if you ordered at Warley"
Yes, I saw the DRS sample at DEMU Showcase.
The livery is not yet correct and this is what is taking the time to get right.
therefore I suspect it will be Warley where we will see the launch of these models.
There's about 718 pages on this thread of which 700 just seem to be a general chat board............
Great layout but most of us are not interested in stuff that could be done in an email, telephone or a PM.
Now I will duck for cover as the next 5 pages assault me...........
The Towcester museum is planning an exhibition about the SMJ from June to September.
We have been asked if we would allow our Towcester layout to be a large part of it.
Final discussions are taking place but I am hopeful and pleased to be asked if we could let it be part of their plans.
A couple of pictures from Trainwest, featuring a few of the scrap/condemned wagons that were built for us by Richard Coleman ( cobbler on RMweb ).
These are stored on the disused line.
A few photos from Model Rail Scotland where our layout held its debut ( as well as being layout of the Month in this months Railway Modeller ).
The layout behaved impeccably, which is more than can be said for the operating team...............
Good point, I will check the bill.
Even that aside, I've tried calling, sent an email with no reply, not exactly a 5* customer service when you want to spend £300+ with them.
I completed a pre-order form complete with credit card details at Warley.
I have received no notifications and it seems to be impossible to get through to the LTM to talk to anyone on the phone.
Well it seems that the extension board is almost complete ( thanks to Richard Coleman (cobbler) for the photos).
It's first outing will be at the MK show on Feb 13th.
