I know some drivers who would welcome a yellow at Chester ! :P

  3. Looks like my Canon D300 is going to be laid to rest..it's got damp or something nasty growing on the sensor. Too risky to clean without scratching the sensor and probably not worth the expense of having it done professionally. I've only taken 5000 pics with it too!

have you tried varnish to attach windows or the stuff that aero modellers use for their cockpit canopy.

    2. Jon Fitness

      Jon Fitness

I've tried canopy glue in the past but it's basically PVA and lets go too easily. Varnish...not tried. Being honest, the window that dropped out was my fault. Clumsy fitting of a windscreen wiper. All sorted now.

  21. Nice day today..Warley, sat with Steve Hewitt and talked signals, sat and learnt how to use a resistance soldering iron, did a bit of rivet punching on Jamie's gGreen Ayre stand, picked up some commisioned signal gantry etches and managed to escape without wounding the bank balance too badly. Got home to find my Locomotion L&Y radial tank had been delivered. Only spoiler was not making it to 'spoons for a pint with some RMWebbers coz of having to dash back for nightshift...
