    I was more referring to the grouping reference saying other manufacturers surely wouldn’t ignore this. Scotsman yes Hornby surely have all tied up. Perhaps Dapol with their N Gauge A3

    That could change with January’s announcements. I can’t see ALL manufacturers ignoring such an important date in railway history.

    I am currently building a 1/200 model of the Titanic. I am going to a fair bit of effort with internal detailing with furniture and people etc. This will likely never be seen again once the model is finished but I know it’s there. That’s the point with detailing like this.

    Given their penchant for GWR stuff, I’d hazard a guess at a County 4-6-0.

    Interesting they say they are the only manufacturer fitting and selling this technology. The TRS specific tech yes, but Hornby is making their own which is very similar.

    It’s not the locomotives fault though is it. And does no one remember the Luton Model clubs diorama recreation in 7mm? Theirs had figures, lights and sound and depicted the moment that the robbery actually took place.     But it’s ok for Bachmann to do a model of a locomotive involved in the Harrow disaster that actually killed people? It’s not like KR will be adding a pack of people in balaclavas and carrying coshes to add on to the footplate is it. And it’s D326 btw.

    I’m more interested in the fact that the headlight on the USA version now lights up. Very pleasing improvement.
