      Yes, my drivers have to do it every 6 weeks when they collect a hire car from Scania. Its a pain in the A&^%

      Shouldn't need to prove it - you can get a DVLA check number yourself online. https://www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence

      I've got a book by Don Oslear somewhere where he says he once received his list of fixtures for the next county season while he was visiting New Zealand. He showed the list to NZ's top test umpire who said "That's more cricket than I've umpired in my whole career!"
