    Annual Leeds MRS Exhibition - held at the Grammar School, Alwoodley Gates, Leeds - just off the main Leeds Harrogate Road Lots of free car parking, good layouts, good trade, good food! As per last year any adult can bring up to 3 children into the show free! More details soon

    With the current climate I just wish we could stop buying from across the pond and spend the money here - The 66 and 70s look like sheds on wheels. Perhaps we have been duped into thinking - it works in the USA/Canada so its bound to be OK here? The 60s did the job they were asked to do - the needs of the railway companies have changed (or have they?).

    Brian the vehicle look good as a starter for ten but I think the "dinky toy" ( CVR(T)) is a Belgium 90mm vehicle. If you use the FV430 Ambulance you can update the vehicle and wack dome ex chieftain hull stowage boxes on the sides then add a big silver scape aling them where they are out of guage. They will look good on your Warflats - and make a nice long train behind a 66 Barry
