      Well mate, I have no idea what you need to be careful about but I've given up dairy and gluten as far as possible and what a difference that is making after years of suffering.

      Best wishes with it.My father coverted te loft inot and art studio/model railway workshop.thirty odd years ago lots of work but very worth it.I only moved out of that workshop last month.Since my now elderly mother was stood looking at the electric meter going round with my compressor running.
