  1. Hope your plywood is better than the sheet I recently bought. It was perfectly flat at the timber merchants but turned into this the next day.
  2. Just make up a name and email address, that's all I did, then you can download the pdf.
  3. That's another non existent email address used to create an account to download it.
  4. Also in stock at Hattons. http://www.hattons.co.uk/60881/Bachmann_Branchline_31_691_Class_5P4F_Stanier_Mogul_2_6_0_42969_in_BR_lined_black_with_early_emblem/StockDetail.aspx
  5. Dorothy Moore singing 'Funny How Time Slips Away', odd as I was playing that earlier.
  6. That gap is big enough for a gnat to crawl into. Will be getting the dremel on to mine. Not.
  7. Tell him he has no right to do this on your home pc.
  8. Bargain. Like new. Only 3 left. Wondering whether to snap these up quick while they still have them.
  9. I'm surprised, I thought it would have been a wine bar by now with student accommodation above.
  10. Some shops are selling new locos cheaper than Hattons sell them secondhand.
  11. How much of the Unifrog crossing nose is plastic, looking here http://thumbs1.picclick.com/d/w1600/pict/371739193360_/PECO-HO-Scale-Code-83-6.jpg it is almost like an insulfrog. Is this a forward step?
  12. I have seen other retailers advertising at lower than Hattons "lowest this item can be sold for price" before.
  13. Also they need to get the geometry correct so a crossover fits their own 6ft way gauge without any fettling. I have just filed the rails back to the sleepers on some slips and they still don't fit their gauge.
  14. When I originally ordered the Coal Tank from Hattons in September 2014 it was quoted at £102. Todays notice has it at £101.96 Now what can I spend that 4p on...
  15. When I originally ordered from Hattons in September 2014 it was quoted at £102. Todays notice has it at £101.96.
  16. I am sure it does not cost £65 more to make R3517 LMS Royal Scot class 4-6-0 @ £199.99 than it does to make R3557 LMS Royal Scot class 4-6-0 @ £134.99.
  17. Re-released - R3557 LMS Royal Scot class 4-6-0 = £134.99 Re-released - R3517 LMS Royal Scot class 4-6-0 = £199.99 I wonder what extra small parts are fitted for one to cost £65 more. The new tooling Princess Coronation must not be as well detailed as it is only costing £189.99
  18. Because I have been using Peco code 100 track only insulfrog slips are available to me. Being disappointed in their performance I have recently taken them up and installed new V rails, but as you point out the wing rails are still dead. Not trusting my soldering skills enough to have a go at bonding them I was going to try conductive painting between the V and the wing rails.
