  1. The point vees that I shown are for 31.5mm track gauge (O MF). This means that we can run RTR locos and stock with out having to change the wheel sets, but to also get a better look around the point vees and check rails. ATB OzzyO.
  2. Have a look on here, Trackmaking - Scale 7 ( GroupHome - Scale 7 Group (scaleseven.org.uk) Then go to group stores. You do have to be a member to buy them but if you want them you just pay. The common crossing filling jigs are No 9 -12 the point rail filling jig is No 21. The assembly jigs for the common crossing are numbered 61-15 to 64-15. My first attempts using the jigs. Hope this helps, OzzyO.

About time you put an update up. (Hard) Hat on and out of the door, OzzyO.
  4. I use nail polish to lock the nuts on. OzzyO.
  5. As the title says does anyone have any photos of Lochmaben station area, I've had a good look on the internet but only found a small number. Any help would be much appreciated. OzzyO.
  6. Thanks for the reply's to my question. Now to have a look at Caley coaches. ATB OzzyO.
  7. Hello all, can anyone identify this camping coach, I'm thinking that it could have been a brake something. Looking at the roof profile maybe L.N.W.R. or Midland? The reason I ask is that we're thinking about incorporating it on our layout Lochmaben (7mm), if the coach can be identified, is a kit available for it in 7mm? Photographer unknown. Thanks for any help, OzzyO.
  8. Hello Chris, do you have answers to my question. Yours OzzyO.
  9. Hello hayfield, thanks for that now I know what to look for. ATB OzzyO.
  10. Hello hayfield, do you have a photo showing the tube or package? As that would help as you see so many difrent types of glue. Thanks OzzyO.
  11. Hello Andy, I'll answer your questions as best as I can. 7mm Indoor it's going to be an exhibition layout Printed by Shapeways, printer unknown Smooth fine detail plastic Is that any help to you? OzzyO.
  12. As the title says what is the best glue for sticking down 3D printed chairs to ply sleepers. For the plain track I'm using MEK (99.9% Butanone), but for the printed chairs I don't think that it will work. The printed chairs will be for the interesting chairs in the point work on the front of Lochmaben, two of the points will get a lot of use as these are the cross over, so we cannot afford the chairs to come loose. TIA OzzyO.
  13. "Just to answer some of the above questions: The wheels are not loose on the axels or out of square and have been lightly tightened using an allen key. The end float is as small as possible. Thin washers around the axels behind the wheels appears to be the next step". In the above quote from one of your posts you mention the end float is as small as possible but you then mention about washers around the axle behind the wheels. If you have no end float between the wheels and bearings how are going to fit them? As I mentioned before a photo or two could help us help you a lot more. OzzyO.
  14. Could you post a couple of photos of the frames up one from above and one from below, just to help us. Did you clean up the square end of the axles? Have you tightened up the Allan screw with a Allen key? The end float between the wheels and the bearings in the frame want to be as small as possible. The questions could go on, that's why a photo or two can help. OzzyO.
  15. These are going to get sampled to night. Starting with the IPAs I had one of the platform 6.1s and what I can remember it was a nice pint but it was on top of about 6 others. All of these are sold by the Wessex brewing Co. brewed at Butcome brewery. All at 6.1%.
  16. Hello Ellis, I'm impressed with the look of these couplings, but a couple of questions if I may. How are the coupling going to be kept in the in use position, as in the real thing a pin goes through the coupling shank and rests in the hook. For uncoupling are we just to lift the coaches, that will suit me as I won't be uncoupling on the layout. But for some it may put them off. Yours OzzyO.
  17. Looks like I'm going to have to do some more saving up. OzzyO.
  18. Have you any news on these. Cost when they will be available etc. Thanks OzzyO.
