I had a visit in to Crewe Diesel once when it was a BR depot I have a few more on shed / in shed images if anyone wants me to post them SGJ

Hi Sean, It is Grosmont, and was a diesel weekend there was also a class 45 working 45133 and a 66 plus resident locos

47 292 ( plus 37 047 and 47 588 ) 47 292 in a different livery with a modified buffer beam ( maybe for life extension ? )

They do, Leeds station is a very mixed station, concrete, tarmac, cement, and even tile in the old bit when it was a car park for Intercity customers or was it passengers in them days! Another thing that I have noted is the size of the white line on the end of the platforms, It seams to be about a two inches at the most, On the layout I have done them to about 15 inches so I had better correct the mistake SGJ

I was lucky enough to catch 47283 on the Leeds Carlisle once for a trip as far as Shipley, then got a class 31 back to Leeds...

47 814 with small numbers and Large logo in my local ( Leeds ), then named in Virgin Livery ( Totnes Castle ) at Sheffield

Since 47 190 is a current Bachmann release she is pictured at York, I had a Lima model of her at the time These photographs that I have are making me think what did I do in my younger days, I can remember some of it but I cant remember a heck of a lot more, for example people were asking me about 47503 from a earlier post when I visited March shed to get the class 45s after being withdrawn, I cant remember that much about going to march, but this particular photograph has so many memories, I visited the museum, 89001 came in to York on a charter with the mk1 set that was allocated to bounds green, the same evening I went to a friends house and played on his n gauge train layout
